About The Pride

The Terrebonne High School Instrumental Music Program is located in Houma, Louisiana and serves over 175 Members every day. The mission of the Crimson Pride Band is to achieve the highest standards of music education and music performance; facilitate the musical enrichment of the student membership of Terrebonne High and its feeder schools; promote the place and value of music in our community and the significant role music plays in the cultural, intellectual, and social lives of young adults; foster fellowship and goodwill among its members; and provide its membership with opportunities for personal growth and leadership.​

New to the Crimson Pride Band Family? Audition through Google Classroom to find the right concert ensemble for you. The audition music is the same as District VII Honor Band and the Louisiana All-State Band.

The Terrebonne High School Instrumental Music Program is regarded as one of the top high school music programs in the state of Louisiana. Established in 1915, the Crimson Pride has been a cornerstone of Terrebonne High School for over 100 years. The Symphonic Band, Concert Band, Cadet Band, and Crimson Pride Marching Band carry on this rich tradition of excellence at the local, regional, and state level.
